Services/IT Intern


Primary Responsibilities:


IT Coordination
1. Provide IT office support (PCs, printers, PC software, servers, etc.)
2. Participate as a member of company’s IT service call support team
3. Assist with IT material purchasing/ordering process







Client Service and Support
1.    Assist with client site mapping for system installations
2.    Assist service and support during client implementations
3.    Participate on team for client support activities and troubleshooting
4.    Assist Project Managers with client pre-installation activities
5.    General service and support duties as needed


Candidate Ideal Attributes:








Interested in pursuing a career in IT or client service and support fields
Prefer sophomore or junior year student
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented and accurate
Outcome driven, able to adhere to committed schedules
Strong communications skills and desire
-    Excellent written and verbal skills


Knowledge and Skill Requirements:



Proficient with IT systems and software (Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft CRM and Microsoft Sharepoint)
Proficient in Microsoft Office


Work Hours:
Full time during the summer, part-time during the school year.
