Training
Before we leave your site, we will ensure your staff is adequately trained to handle the vast majority of situations or issues that may arise. We start with a thorough training of a small group of power users. These users can then serve as a readily available resource to the rest of your staff during and after go-live. Then, just prior to and during go-live, we ensure the rest of your staff are familiar with the common features of the system by shadowing them for a period of time as they go about their duties. If a question arises, we stand ready to provide an immediate answer, which helps reduce the frustration users feel when they cannot get an answer when they need it.
