Services/Support Escalation Engineer


Position Responsibilities:










• 

Work closely with and support the implementation teams - to provide excellent technical service, troubleshooting, and hands on support related to new projects and existing installations;
Work with the sales and marketing teams to provide service support to customers, partners and internal team members;
Provide clients with technical service and support for software associated with project installations;
Provide escalated technical support for support issues;
Assist implementation teams on project startups;
Provide customer support and service, in the form of phone and on-line support, for technical issues on projects and installations
Foster a success-oriented, accountable, and ethical environment within the company;
Perform other activities and duties as directed by management.


Knowledge and Skill Requirements:






• 

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline;
Excellent creative problem solving skills;
Excellent technical reader skills - ability to parse through technical documents and find the proper integration points;
Ability to troubleshoot system integrations;
Basic database knowledge and SQL query knowledge;
Excellent written communication/documentations skills.
