Intelligent InSites Announces Appointment of Jim Spielman as Chief Financial Officer

Company expands leadership team to support continued strong market growth

Fargo, ND – December 1, 2009 - Intelligent InSites, Inc., the leading provider of real-time enterprise visibility and automation solutions, announced today the appointment of Jim Spielman as their Chief Financial Officer.

Spielman will be responsible for leading the company’s financial strategies, including budgeting and forecasts, analyzing various growth opportunities, assisting with capital raising efforts, and managing investor relations.

Prior to joining Intelligent InSites, Spielman was a senior associate in the Manhattan office of Houlihan Lokey, an international investment bank, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions. Before his role at Houlihan Lokey, he was an associate in Bank of America Securities’ Global Healthcare Investment Banking Group in New York. Spielman also held key financial roles at Buy.com Inc. during their $209M initial public offering, Healthcare Property Investors, and Arthur Anderson. Spielman graduated with a BS in Accounting with distinction from Minnesota State University – Moorhead, and holds an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management. Spielman is also a Certified Public Accountant.
