The RTLS+ Value Analysis follows a proven 8-step process with three phases: Collection, Analysis, and Recommendations.
Phase 1: Collection The goal is to understand the specific challenges facing the organization and put a value on how RTLS technologies might help each specific department. The InSites’ consultant meets with department heads or leaders from several key areas of the hospital. An important note: the Value Analysis methodology is careful to distinguish between hard-dollar ROI and soft-dollar benefits. In particular, this is not an analysis of staff workload—rather, it is a comprehensive analysis to evaluate how RTLS solutions can positively impact operational and financial performance.
Phase 2: Analysis During the second phase of the RTLS+ Value Analysis, the collected data is analyzed to create the RTLS+ Value Impact Report. This report is reviewed with the Client Project Leader and the head of the Financial Department.
Phase 3: Recommendations In the last phase of the RTLS+ Value Analysis project, the report findings are presented to the organization’s executive team. The final presentation will include a recommended road map to implement RTLS solutions and proposed process improvements.
