Our Methodology consists of four primary phases:


Connect and Discovery
During this phase, we work to make sure the right people are involved to accurately define the corporate objectives and strategies.  We assess the current situation, existing processes, technology and begin to plan for change management steps as we prepare an effective implementation plan.


Configure Software and Hardware
In this phase the primary infrastructure is installed and configured which often includes close coordination with other partners.  Integrations are developed and deployed as required.  The configurable components of the solution are set up as required to meet client needs.


Testing and Training

All components of the solution are tested, and users are trained to ensure that the solution is operational, reliable, and productive.


Go-Live & On-Going Support
We work with our clients at and through the time of system go-live to make sure that your team is getting the value expected, and we also work to  minimize concerns  as they acclimate to the new system. Once you are live, you can rest assured that the InSites team will still be working closely  with you to ensure that you achieve the desired results from our solution.
