Mark Rheault – President & CEO
Mark Rheault brings more than 17 years of leadership, strategic vision, and proven innovation in the healthcare and technology arenas. He is directly responsible for Intelligent InSites' business growth strategies, including sales, marketing, partnership, distribution, and capital raising activities. Prior to joining Intelligent InSites, Rheault operated an executive consulting practice that catered specifically to small and medium-sized technology companies, particularly those in the healthcare and wireless technology fields. Rheault's product designs helped BeAtHome, a provider of a web-based home automation solution, win the Consumer Electronics Show "Best of Show" award in 2001 and again in 2002. He has successfully executed worldwide product launches and has forged partnerships with several Fortune 500 companies, including Microsoft, Fuji, and GE. Prior to that, Rheault spent five years as the leader of the web application development group at MeritCare Health System, one of the
largest integrated delivery networks in the U.S.
Rheault holds an MBA from North Dakota State University and a BS in Business from Southern Illinois University. He is the founder of the RFID Consortium for Healthcare, a member of the Advisory Committee for the NDSU Center of Technology Enterprise, an Alien Technology Fellow, and a certified PMI Project Management Professional.

Dr. Raymond Gruby – Co-Founder, Chief Operating Officer
With more than 30 years of hands-on medical experience as an orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Gruby brought with him a wealth of real-world healthcare experience when he launched the company in 2003. Drawing from his experiences of implementing several new technologies to improve the processes and information access in his own practice, Dr. Gruby is a recognized expert in streamlining healthcare processes through the use of mobile wireless technologies and advanced workflow software applications. In his senior role at the company, Dr. Gruby is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, financials, customer service and support, and assisting in setting the company's strategy and goals. Dr. Gruby is a member of the North Dakota Healthcare IT Steering Committee, a Board of Trustees member for the University of Mary, Medical Director for the University of Mary Athletic Trainer program, and a Fellow for the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery. He received his M.D. degree from the University of Texas.

Trevor Gruby – Co-Founder, Chief Technical Officer
Since the inception of the company, Trevor Gruby has been responsible for designing and developing the InSites solution. With over a decade of experience in developing comprehensive healthcare solutions, Gruby is an expert in the areas of enterprise hosted medical systems as well as mobile wireless devices. His previous experience includes transactional web-tier development for UHC, designing and developing the security infrastructure for HealthNexis (an on-line durable medical goods exchange later acquired by GHX), and the development of a series of RxHub's services, including the master patient index. With a focused emphasis on clinical encounter automation, Gruby earned his Masters Degree in Software Engineering from the University of Minnesota.

Houston Klassen - Vice President, Sales and Marketing
With 15 years Sales and Marketing experience in technology companies, Houston Klassen brings a wealth of business success for the organization to draw upon. In particular, his career has been marked with success with cutting edge technologies and effectively pioneering those technologies into the mainstream market. At Intelligent InSites, he is charged with shaping and executing Sales and Marketing functions including market selection, distribution strategy, and ultimately for delivering expected market results.
In the past he has handled a gamut of sales and marketing duties and roles, most recently as the US Director of Sales and Marketing for a key Intelligent InSites partner, Momentum Healthware, a leading EHR provider into the North American Health Care Industry. Prior to Momentum, Mr. Klassen served as the Worldwide Sales Director for the enterprise software group at Echelon Corporation, a global supplier of infrastructure hardware and software for the device networking market. That role stemmed out of his success as the Director of Channel Distribution for BeAtHome, which ultimately was acquired by Echelon. In addition to those roles, Houston has been involved in direct sales, account management and sales management of complex sales, including those involving Government and Fortune 500 companies.
Houston holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing, from Briar Cliff University, Sioux City, IA.
