Compensation
Wages at Intelligent InSites are market competitive and performance based.  Our total compensation program is set to attract and retain the talents needed to ensure our success.  For this reason, Intelligent InSites strives to maintain compensation and benefit programs that are internally equitable and externally competitive.

Stock Options
New full-time team members are granted stock options as part of their compensation program.  These stock options offer our team members an opportunity to have ownership in the company.  The options allow the team members to feel more connected to the business and are meant to serve as a financially rewarding investment.

Medical
Intelligent InSites team members are provided with an outstanding medical plan that covers office visits, specialty care, preventive care, and in- and out-of-network coverage. Our plans also include a prescription drug coverage that offers prescription co-payments and a mail order pharmacy.

Vision
The Intelligent InSites vision plan offers excellent coverage on exams, eye glass lenses, contact lenses and frames.

Dental
The Intelligent InSites dental program offers employees and their dependents preventive/basic/major services as well as orthodontic work.

401(k)
Intelligent InSites’ 401(k) plan is designed to help team members prepare for the future.  Team members become fully vested after 5 years of service. Eligibility starts immediately at date of hire. Rollovers are accepted from qualified plans.

Life Insurance
Intelligent InSites offers life insurance as well and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) coverage.  We also offer spouse and child coverage. Team members can elect to increase any of these coverage amounts at an additional cost to them at group rates.

Disability
Our disability plans include short-and long-term disability and provide team members with income protection in the event they become disabled and are unable to work.

Flexible Spending Accounts
Intelligent InSites provides team members the opportunity to pay for eligible out-of-pocket healthcare and dependent care expenses with pre-tax dollars through our Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). Participants receive a preloaded card with the value of their FSA healthcare account. Employees can use this card for qualifying purchases and the amount is automatically deducted from their FSA account.

Employee Assistance Program
Intelligent InSites offer a free Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to all employees and members of their household. The EAP is a confidential service that can provide assistance in the following areas:
